As our Engineering Manager, you'll serve as both a strategist and a mentor-guiding our engineering team and partnering across the business to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations.
Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers
Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
10+ years of combined experience in design engineering
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges

Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes
Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills including the ability to hold others accountable
Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews
A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings
Demonstrated SolidWorks experience and fluency
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
