About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Adobe Home Surfaces team.
  • In this high impact role, you'll help define a strategy and roadmap for the App Catalog on Home.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global design, data science, research, engineering, and other Adobe teams to drive product strategy. Build experiences that deeply reflect customer needs.
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners with growing and conflicting demands.
  • Passion for user-centric design and experience, and the creative space.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Craft and drive the roadmap, define use cases and detailed requirements, feature prioritization, and key results
  • Understand, define, and manage metrics to analyze the customer and business impact of features and projects.

Requirements

  • You have a knack for forming and maintaining close partnerships across functions and organizations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent area, and 5+ years of product management experience.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
  • In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
  • At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
