About the role

To load, unload, and transport cargo to and from customer locations and airport.
Neatly complete bill of ladings and MAWB's (Master Airway Bill) for airlines in order to tender freight.

The team is available around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deliver on your most challenging logistics needs.
The driver will safely and efficiently drive a commercial truck for extended hours to pick up and deliver freight.
Maintain telephone contact with dispatcher to receive instructions.
Maintain driver logbook and daily vehicle inspection report according to I.C.C regulations.

Must be able to load cargo weighing in excess of 1000 lbs with the assistance of a pallet jack
Ability to operate handheld computer / cellular telephone.
Must have basic knowledge of computers and email.
The ability to operate handheld device used to communicate shipment information
Must be able to operate and drive a truck with a capacity of 26,000lbs GVW.
Must be able to climb into and out of tractor several times per day using 3 points of contact.
Ability to lift over 50lbs at a time.

Must hold valid Driver's License.
Must be able to operate a truck with a capacity of 26,000 plus pounds gross vehicle weight.

$23.00 per hour, we consider a variety of factors in determining base compensation including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, internal equity, market data and geography.
High School diploma
3 years commercial driving experience
