About the role
- You will serve as the strategic bridge between our creative game and content teams and our global audiences.
- We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of content from source handoff through localization, readiness and publishing.
- Directly manage localization and content operations producers, coaching them to think beyond functional silos and take ownership of full content lifecycles.
- Build a team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a primary partner to stakeholders across Content Production, Product and Game Teams.
- Partner with tooling and platform teams to improve automation, scalability, and visibility.
- As a Manager of Globalization Production at Riot Games, you will lead teams responsible for bringing Riot's content from creation to live for players around the world.
- In this role, you'll manage producers across localization and content publishing teams and align workflows across teams to enable scale while partnering closely with Development, Product, Content Production, Marketing and Engineering teams.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of how content is produced, packaged, localized and published at scale.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience leading teams in localization, content operations, publishing or program management.
- For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
- At least five years in content localization or globalization management, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
- Experience working with global teams and regional partners.
