Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor individuals to their full potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated analytical expertise in HR data, capable of translating insights into recommendations for senior management.
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience teams to successful outcomes
Nice to have
- Background in tech or game industry
- SHRM or HRCI certifications
Skills
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Serve as an executive coach and mentor across the organization
Compensation
- The base salary range is 150,000 USD - 185,000 USD
