About the role
- Health Coach Institute is looking for a Clarity Coach (Inside Sales Representative)!
- Free Enrollment in the Health Coach Course on Day 1!
- Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA) Core business hours are 6 am to 6 pm M-F AZ Time.

- We support our team members as they grow their families.
- We host a monthly schedule of virtual team activities, town halls, brown bag lunches, and other special events…so many fun ways for us to connect and support one another.

Compensation
- Base salary of $40,000, with an uncapped commission structure bringing your On-Target Earnings (OTE) to $100,000.
- Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA) Core business hours are 6 am to 6 pm M-F AZ Time.
- If you live in another time zone, the flexibility to work a schedule within our core business hours is critical. (For example, some shifts may end at 9 pm Eastern.) Additionally, this is a work-to-goal environment, so you can work beyond this core shift to achieve your goals and earn more money!
- We are adding an Inside Sales Representative to our team of relationship-builders who are laser-focused on providing exceptional service to our students.
