Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and their families.
Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing.
The employee is regularly required to move including walking, running, and sitting.

Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and prescriptions
Provide therapy services in a variety of settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic, community, etc
Schedule children onto caseload by contacting the parent/guardian
Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes
Update and turns in efficiency reports weekly
Update schedule on the server
Complete additional paperwork requirements in an accurate and timely manner as notified by administration
Available to children and families to ensure continuity of care and proper management of treatment
Participates in annual performance reviews for professional development and growth
Provides feedback to administration regarding ways to enhance continued improvement of the company
Responds positively to feedback concerning job performance
Participates in Multidisciplinary conferences as needed
