About the role

In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.

Build email journeys including the build of automations and drip sequences.
Perform quality assurance on emails and journeys ensuring error free deployments.
Support the development & deployment of email campaigns, including but not limited to:
Support the development and publication of content on digital B2B Sitecore websites:
Manage website content and publish content to B2B platforms using Sitecore.
Maintain a marketing content calendar for all producer facing.
Support IT with new site/functional deployments by performing site testing across browsers, platforms and devices.

Diploma in computer science or relevant studies, with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
Required email deployment platform experience preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Javascript, XML, JSON and Salesforce AMPScript
Experience (minimum required): Content Management Systems experience preferably Sitecore.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects.
capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Work with copy/development decks to understand campaign requirements.
Campaign setup, testing and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Deliver email campaign reports with actionable insights.

The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.

$54,000.00 - $77,000.00
