About the role

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with experience in government IT operations, personnel oversight, and compliance.

Manage the administrative operations of a large-scale IT program in a DoD environment.
Oversee personnel onboarding, access control, task tracking, and operational support activities.
Maintain personnel records, performance metrics, and training compliance logs.
Lead security and access management functions, ensuring timely processing of background checks and clearance documentation.
Develop and maintain SOPs, task trackers, and workflow documentation.
Support audits, program reviews, and compliance inspections.
Ability to manage sensitive personnel data and maintain confidentiality.

3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in IT
Strong understanding of DoD security practices, personnel systems, and onboarding protocols.

PMP, ITIL, or HR/cybersecurity certifications.
Experience using ServiceNow, DEERS/RAPIDS, or eQIP systems.
Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD STIGs.
Prior experience supporting a SCIF or classified environment.
