About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday) to serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert supporting our HR and IT functions.
  • This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday as a scalable, automated, and data-driven system across the employee lifecycle.
  • You will play a critical role in enabling a high-growth organization by ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and visibility into workforce data through advanced analytics and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of Workday architecture aligned with business goals
  • Architect and deliver advanced reporting solutions, including integration with centralized data warehouses
  • Utilize Workday People Analytics to generate insights and support executive decision-making
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and change management to drive user adoption
  • Manage integration strategy and monitor data flows between Workday and external systems such as Deel, Greenhouse, Britehire, and 15Five
  • Build and support integrations using APIs, Workday Studio, and EIBs
  • Own Workday release management, including testing, feature evaluation, and deployment with minimal disruption

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, and building complex reports and dashboards
  • SQL proficiency and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of Workday security architecture, including Integration System Users (ISUs)
  • Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta
