Responsibilities

  • ATS & HRIS System Ownership: Optimize our technology stack, ensuring seamless workflow automation and clean data integration between Greenhouse (ATS) and ADP (HRIS).
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Direct, mentor, and elevate a TA Coordinator. Evaluate and manage external staffing agencies, holding them accountable to strict cost, quality, and performance metrics.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on high-volume environments (e.g., retail, customer support, or hospitality).
  • You will lead and mentor a TA Coordinator, manage external agencies, and remain close to the action by jumping in hands-on with recruitment for key positions.
  • Evaluate and manage external staffing agencies, holding them accountable to strict cost, quality, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of people management or mentorship experience required.
  • Process improvement experience and a track record

Nice to have

  • Eligibility for company performance-based bonuses.
  • Required Tuesday attendance at our Whitestone, Queens HQ, plus two additional days per week at one of our NYC Metro Area Viewing Rooms.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with ADP HRIS.
  • A proven track record of successfully improving key talent metrics like Time-to-Fill and Cost-per-Hire.
  • Work Location & Environment
  • This is a hybrid position requiring approximately three days of in-person collaboration per week.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $120,000 USD
  • In this role, you will own the talent acquisition engine, overseeing the hiring of more than 150 retail employees, and a small number of corporate roles, per year.
