Responsibilities
- Lead real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, broker and vendor management, and office build-outs and openings.
- Manage workplace budgets and optimize spend across real estate, operations, and vendors to keep spend efficient at scale.
- Partner with People, Finance, IT, and the executive team on space planning, headcount growth, and workplace policy.
- A track record of managing lease negotiations, vendor relationships, and office build-outs.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and scaling a team.
- HappyRobot is the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces.
Requirements
- Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company.
- Comfort moving between long-term strategic planning and hands-on, tactical execution.
