Responsibilities
- PeopleSoft Production Support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the
- Lead and support the integration of new
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations to meet evolving business requirements
- This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission-critical environment.
- Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multi-module PeopleSoft environments
- Prior involvement in enterprise system integrations
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- XML / BI Publisher
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Hands-on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environments
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently
Skills
- Upgrades, Patches & Maintenance
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes
- Coordinate testing efforts and assist with implementation activities
- Proactively identify potential processing issues and system risks
- Database & Technical Support
- Assist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stability
Compensation
- $90k-$130k
Benefits
