Responsibilities
- Curious and solutions-oriented, you can juggle multiple priorities, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and support teams in using marketing tools effectively and consistently.
- The versatile Marketing Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operation of the bank's marketing technology, campaign workflows, lead management, reporting, and governance processes.
- A key priority will be building scalable, behavior-triggered automation that delivers timely, relevant communications based on customer and prospect engagement, such as a follow-up email after an eligible visitor views a product page.
- You'll partner with Marketing teams, IT, Compliance, business units, and external vendors to coordinate campaigns, maintain data quality, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver timely, compliant, and measurable marketing programs.
Compensation
- Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $73,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr.
