About the role

  • Job Posting Title Inventory Coordinator- Must reside in Salt Lake, UT Job Description This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the pharmacy.
  • include receiving, stocking, organizing and replenishing pharmacy products and supplies.
  • This role assists the Buyers and Shippers with various duties to ensure a well-organized and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete product inventories including month end, weekly cycle counts and obsolete and quarantine inventory. Perform recounts to ensure shelf quantities are accurate.
  • Manage expired products by pulling, adjusting inventory, logging and quarantining product in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records including purchase orders, invoices, adjustments and returns according to internal guidelines. Provide inventory reports and respond to requests for information related to product availability and order status.
  • This position performs cycle counts and month-end inventories and maintains accurate inventory records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Pharmacy
  • 2+ years Inventory Management
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • In the states of Florida and Michigan, license registration with the Board of Pharmacy is required without exception.
  • National Certification such as PTCB or ExCPT: Certification or the ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.
  • troubleshoot issues with appropriate departments as required.
  • Assist Buyer with purchasing of orders, including drop ship orders and other duties as required.

  • Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85 - $25.48 based on experience and skills.

  • Specialty or mail order pharmacy industry experience, including inventory experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Proficiency in Pharmacy computerized systems and software applications, as well as MS Office Product Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
