Responsibilities
- Own the Pump Repair Status & Workflow
- Maintain the Pump Status Report (updated daily-often multiple times per day) with current step, dates, and risk items (quote status, PO received, customer-supplied parts, workflow milestones, etc.).
Requirements
- Education/Experience (one of the following)
- Skills & Attributes
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Physical/Work Environment (optional but recommended)
- Regular work on the shop floor around moving equipment and industrial operations
Nice to have
- Serve as backup for other coordinators/sites as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 1-2 years industrial equipment experience, OR
- Associate's degree in Engineering + 4-6 years industrial equipment experience, OR
- High school diploma + 6+ years relevant experience (considered in lieu of degree)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort in an industrial shop environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-paced operation
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
