Responsibilities
- As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.
- You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.
- Have experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting
- You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructure
- MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune)
- SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred)
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays
- Experience with day to day use of Atlassian software products
