Centria is the leading provider of Private Duty Nursing in Michigan, specializing in high-acuity care for clients with chronic respiratory conditions, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
Current Featured Opportunities We have immediate high-priority needs for the following cases.

Monitor and document vitals and symptoms within our integrated EMR system.
Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure superior patient outcomes.
Create your own schedule.
Virtual Reality + Hands-on Simulation, shadowing shifts, and a 24/7 Clinical On-Call support line.

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates!
