About the role
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets through diligent monitoring and response activities.
- The work hours will be the Day shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update security records, including key control, ID/access badge issuance, electronic inventory logs, and the historical logbook.
- Perform initial investigations of incidents and notify appropriate authorities of any procedural or policy breaches.
- Support the protection of assets and personnel by maintaining situational awareness and reporting any irregularities or security concerns promptly.

Requirements
- Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Security, Facilities, and other departmental teams.
Nice to have
- Prior security or control room experience preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Salary rate is $18.00 hourly.
