You will support the creation, analysis and development of product roadmaps, business cases and initiatives for our suite of credit strategies.
You will build and refine product materials that best position us to engage with prospects and clients.
You thrive in areas of high complexity and enjoy collaborating with a wide array of cross-functional partners to meet objectives and deadlines.
You have courage, take initiative, and are not afraid to learn on the job with the support of your team in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy being analytical and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify trends that will contribute to decision making for the products we support.

You have 7+ years of experience in fixed income investment-related roles.
Strong understanding of fixed income credit and capital markets.
Experience with private markets strategies, vehicles, or client needs is a plus.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
$179,273-$286,837 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
