About the role
- The role offers exposure to pricing, risk, market analysis, and automation while working closely with senior traders and structurers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain volatility, correlation, and market parameter grids
- Support trade lifecycle events (expiries, fixings, cancellations)
- Analyze market data and macro releases to support trade ideas
- Build and maintain basic analytical and automation tools in Python and Excel
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and risk teams on ad hoc analysis
- Support pricing and risk management for USD rates derivatives and structured products

Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in trading, markets, or a related quantitative role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or similar
- familiarity with Bloomberg
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with P&L or risk reporting
Compensation
- $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
- Discretionary incentive eligible
- This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
