About the role
- •This position will be a member of the CRM team responsible for project coordination
- •This position is responsible oversight and integrity of enterprise customer master data and is responsible for working with the CRM team to assist in establishing the required procedures, controls, metrics, and auditing methodologies to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
Requirements
- The role requires strong organization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Must have at least 2 years demonstrated project coordination experience
- 2 Years + CRM Experience is REQUIRED
- Demonstrated project management experience with proven ability to manage complex projects required
- Demonstrated ability to map out business processes
- Demonstrated communication skills, clear articulate speech, good listening skills and the ability to generate clear, concise written documentation
- Requires the willingness and ability to work within a group and/or team
- Requires the ability to multi-task and demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
