About the role
- Studio Works is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to join our team in empowering young adults and adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support at job sites, volunteer opportunities, training sessions, etc.
- Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive employment practices
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
Requirements
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to build trusting relationships with both members and community partners
Nice to have
- Prior experience in job coaching, social services, or a related field is a plus
Compensation
- $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
