Responsibilities

  • Communications Strategy & Brand Develop, maintain, and execute AnthoslHome's organization-wide communications strategy in alignment with the organization's mission, programmatic priorities, and growth goals Oversee the development of a unified communication framework and execution of strategies for communicating with participants through each phase of their interaction with AnthoslHome.

  • The Director of Communications will also receive support from the Executive Associate.

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Communications works in close collaboration with the Vice President of Development and Chief of Staff.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on communicator who pairs strong editorial judgment with deep storytelling instincts and a track record of translating programmatic and policy work into compelling content.

Compensation

  • $100k-$125k
