About the role

  • As a Sector Director, you will be the driving force behind identifying emerging market trends, shaping sector growth strategies, and accelerating business performance.
  • This role combines sector leadership with project leadership, leveraging market opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, growing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs and projects.
  • With a passion for operational excellence and successful project delivery, you will focus on deepening relationships within key strategic accounts while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • We deliver capital project solutions that strengthen the built environment, partnering with our clients to bring critical infrastructure and complex building projects to life.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.

Compensation

  • $126,376 - $173,677 per year (CAD) This compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
  • Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
