Responsibilities

  • As the Crisis Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role, balancing clinical expertise, team support, and program coordination.
  • Leading training and staff development, from onboarding to ongoing skill-building

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Conditional or full clinical licensure required
  • Interest or experience in people management
  • Brings both clinical expertise and human connection to your work

Nice to have

  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in crisis services or mobile outreach
  • Familiarity with DSM criteria and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Comfortable responding to high-acuity situations and critical incidents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
  • Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
  • Ability to pass required background checks
