Responsibilities
- As the Crisis Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role, balancing clinical expertise, team support, and program coordination.
- Leading training and staff development, from onboarding to ongoing skill-building

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Conditional or full clinical licensure required
- Interest or experience in people management
- Brings both clinical expertise and human connection to your work
Nice to have
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience in crisis services or mobile outreach
- Familiarity with DSM criteria and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Comfortable responding to high-acuity situations and critical incidents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
- Ability to pass required background checks
