About the role

Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
This position is responsible for performance of their staff, ensuring timely follow up and collections.
They are responsible for the accuracy of their assigned team.

Lead, coach, and evaluate AR Representatives to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
Support disciplinary action or escalation as needed.
Work closely with AR Managers, Directors, and Client Delivery leadership to escalate payer issues, recommend process improvements, and support client ‑ focused outcomes.

Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, billing workflows, and payer behavior.
Hands ‑ on AR experience with California payers and billing standards.
Experience in complex denial management environments.
Required
3+ years of experience in healthcare Accounts Receivable, including follow ‑ up, denials, and appeals.
At least 1-2 years of AR team lead or supervisor experience.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting large, multi ‑ facility health systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Located in California or Texas.
Ability to travel to Mexico to support training and onboarding.
