Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have
- prior audit experience is a plus.
- NetSuite strongly preferred.
- CPA designation preferred.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on inventory accounting experience
- ERP experience required
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is listed above.
- Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.
- Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals.
- The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.

- You will analyze system-to-3PL variances, manage reserves, prepare reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls.
- You'll design and deliver monthly financial and operational reporting, and perform deep-dive inventory and cost analyses to ensure accurate, timely financials.
- This role sits within Accounting, supports the Inventory Accounting Manager, and partners closely with Operations, Finance, and broader Accounting to drive scalable process improvements.
