About the role

- This role will suit a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for recorded music and technology.
- As a Content Protection Representative, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing and assessing UMG content using a variety of internal and external technologies.
Responsibilities
- We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries.
- We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Nice to have
- 0-1+ years' work experience in either Music industry or Digital Media, Entertainment, Technology, or related fields.
- Familiarity with anti-piracy, copyright, or trademarks preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Significant understanding of digital technologies, especially music platforms and mobile apps.
- Strong organizational skills including follow-through and execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Passion for music and digital music platforms.
- Fluency in Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 including Excel.
- Experienced in working with large datasets and / or databases including SQL language.
- Excellent presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint) along with a willingness to speak publicly amongst peers and senior managers.
Compensation
- $38,610 - $46,000
