Primary Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy, maintaining records, and ensuring timely, accurate payments.

This role supports daily AP operations by partnering with departments throughout the organization and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve tax or billing issues
Partner with accounting on account reconciliations, coding accuracy, and document audits
Creates and maintains positive relationships
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
