Maintain a strong understanding of payer requirements and Medicare payment policies relevant to DME operations and patient intake
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field
Proven leadership experience managing teams while driving strategic business growth initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from executive leadership to field teams
Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel extensively across the United States, approximately 50 to 75% of the time

In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $138,000 - $180,000 USD annually.
