About the role
- Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address.
- Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address.
- Responsible for staffing and managing a team of engineering specialists in electronics, specifically for use in power electronics applications.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or closely related field and 96 months of experience in job offered or related position in electronics engineering.
- Experience must include:
- Experience with automotive environmental and durability requirements
- Experience with NX or comparable CAD applications
- Experience performing FEA simulations using ANSYS or a comparable analysis tool
- Experience with problem-solving and conducting technical debugging
- Experience with requirements gathering and management tools such as Doors
- Experience with requirements compliance planning and testing (V Diagram fulfillment).
- This position requires domestic and international travel required, as needed, up to 10%.
