Responsibilities
- Build, own, and distribute the preventative maintenance schedule across the fleet, assigning tasks to Fleet Techs to maintain a 90%+ PM completion rate
- Perform hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs on mechanical and electrical components of robotic welding equipment
- Collaborate with engineering to continuously refine, update, and improve PM procedures and documentation
- Organized Program Owner: Strong organizational skills with the ability to build, track, and prioritize recurring schedules across multiple sites and technicians
- Data-Driven Problem Solver: Comfortable reading maintenance data and utilizing trend analysis to drive continuous operational improvements

Requirements
- Hands-On Technical Expertise: Mechanically and electrically inclined, with experience maintaining or repairing industrial, robotic, or automation equipment
- Technical Background: Technical training, Trade School certification, Associate degree in Engineering Tech, or equivalent practical industry experience
- Mentor Mindset: Proven experience or strong interest in training, onboarding, and supporting junior technicians
