About the role
- The Director, Amazon Partnerships is a strategic business leader responsible for elevating and scaling Flywheel's partnership with Amazon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Amazon partnership strategy
- lead strategic relationship planning with Amazon leadership and identify high-impact opportunities
- build and lead a high-performing team focused on Amazon opportunities
- Own partnership revenue targets
- Lead partner events, enablement sessions, and co-marketing initiatives
- develop thought leadership and differentiated value propositions
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Amazon partnership strategy; lead strategic relationship planning with Amazon leadership and identify high-impact opportunities
- Define organizational structure and resource allocation; build and lead a high-performing team focused on Amazon opportunities
- Own partnership revenue targets; coordinate cross-functional teams to pursue and execute co-selling and joint business opportunities
- Lead partner events, enablement sessions, and co-marketing initiatives; develop thought leadership and differentiated value propositions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or account leadership, ideally with Amazon or major digital marketplace partners
- The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check
Compensation
- $120,000 - $140,000 USD
