Responsibilities
- Build scalable, maintainable software solutions across full stack development
- Develop using AI augmented workflows. Our engineers use Claude Code as their primary development tool with MCP connections to production data, Jira, Notion, Sentry, and Datadog. We expect engineers to actively leverage and improve these workflows.
- 6+ years developing with modern web frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar)
- Develop using AI augmented workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with front end technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, or comparable tools
Nice to have
- L5 - Tier 1 City: $185,000 - $220,000 CAD
- L5 - Tier 2 City: $165,000 - $200,000 CAD
Skills
- Full stack capability with potential specialization in one area
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and cross functional discussions
- React, Angular, TypeScript, or comparable tools
- Specific expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native
- Computer Science degree (B.Sc. or higher)
- Infrastructure as code experience (AWS CDK, Terraform)
- Data platform experience (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt)
- Early stage startup background
- Compensation Ranges:
- L4 - Tier 1 City: $155,000 - $190,000 CAD
- L4 - Tier 2 City: $135,000 - $165,000 CAD
