Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the close, ongoing supervision of the BCBA.
- Maintain all standard RBT responsibilities and ethical obligations in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code.
- Conduct safety assessments and implements emergency protocols as needed.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, modeling, and immediate feedback to RBTs to support implementation fidelity.
- All clinical decision-making authority remains with the supervising BCBA; the Site Behavior Support Technician does not replace BCBA clinical responsibility or supervision requirements.
- RBT Team Support and Mentorship
- Site Operations Support
- Support continuity of care during BCBA transitions or absences.
Requirements
- Current, active RBT certification, required.
- Certification must be maintained with no lapses in credentials.
- All RBT certification supervision must be provided by a qualified BCBA.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing.
- The employee is regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Compensation
- Starts at $15.00 per hour
