About the role
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using machine and manual cleaning methods.
- This role ensures the kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- With additional food handling, prep work, storage and product rotation duties.
Responsibilities
- Support Team and Cleanliness: Assist staff as needed, clean and reset tables, and keep floors and surfaces free of spills and debris.

Skills
- License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)
- Physical Capabilities - Able to stand/walk for whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs

- Education/Related Experience:
- Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication
- Minimum time in related position - Restaurant kitchen and dishwashing experience preferred.
