About the role

This includes loading store shipments according to bill of lading and delivering goods and equipment to locations and workstation in a safe, timely and efficient manner using proper equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

 Deliver goods to workstation using proper equipment
 Perform inventory count based on invoices, bills of lading, trailer manifest or packing slip when loading and unloading goods and when loading and unloading shipments and store returns
 Maintain good housekeeping around dock area
 Perform "Processor" responsibilities as needed

Requirements

 Less than 1 year of related experience
 Ability to identify different categories of donated goods such as clothing, housewares, shoes, purses, etc.

 Read and write English proficiently
 Basic mathematical skills
 Follow workplace quality and safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety

 Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with diverse group of individuals from a variety of educational, social and economic backgrounds

 Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
 Able to stand on hard surfaces for an extended period of time
