Responsibilities

  • We CARE for our patients like they are our own FAMILY.
  • Directly supervise, lead and develop the Executive Director(s) and indirectly guide the clinical leadership team on operations, processes, employee issues, and patient/ clinical concerns.

  • You'll provide oversight for Executive Directors on management of office operations, staffing, teammate management and development, partner collaboration, and patient care.

Nice to have

  • Hospice background with multiple sites strongly preferred
  • Operational knowledge of HCHB is preferred

Compensation

  • $50k-$75k
