Manager of Outbound Logistics and based in Newark, DE.

Lead a team of 5 dedicated Materials Handlers.
Support skid assembly team and packaging operations by staging units for processing.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
Must be able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and tolerate environmental exposure for extended periods.

2-4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
Cycle Counting Experience.
ERP Transactional Experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Hand-held scan gun experience.
Inventory Management.
Forklift Experience & Certification, along with ability to operate heavy material handling equipment.
Organizational Skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Ability to work onsite Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM, flex hours and work occasional overtime as the business requires.

$74,600.00 - $107,400.00
The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
