About the role

Additionally, you will communicate project progress and coordination to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Lead project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections
ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
Lead Coordination of the design with the consultant teams
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
Utilize 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts

6-10 years of experience within the commercial architecture and design field, with recent focus on project delivery of Education, Healthcare, Residential and Critical Facilities projects
