Responsibilities
- Own our evals: make them better, and make us better on them
- Own your work end-to-end, from prototype to production
- A track record of building on LLMs and measurably improving AI systems
Requirements
- Experience shipping production code and owning features end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or ML role.
- You can take ownership of ambiguous projects
Nice to have
- Infrastructure or DevOps experience (CI/CD, cloud, observability)
- Experience with model fine-tuning
- Experience with code generation and/or security
- Experience working at high-growth startups as an engineer or founder
- Open-source contributions or public technical writing (blogs, benchmarks, demos)
