You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including in-house engineering disciplines and third-party architects, to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.

7+ years of experience in civil or structural engineering, with a focus on complex design projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in structural analysis software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation, registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
In-depth knowledge of structural codes, regulations, and design standards.

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 CAD per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks.
The final offer will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications; their placement within our internal compensation structure; and relevant geographic cost‑of‑living considerations, where applicable.
This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
