Responsibilities

- The Customer Business Manager (CBM) develops sustained business relationships and drives profitable sales volume for Unilever Hair portfolio at CVS.
- This role will also have a unique opportunity to drive omni-channel initiatives with CVS alongside the broader team.
- Lead the multifunctional effort with customer counterparts; develop and execute joint business plans; manage NSV and trade investment.
- Coach and help develop WL1C talent, including sales analysts and ACBMs.
- Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters and driving trade investment efficiency.

Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- 7+ years of Customer Business Manager experience required
- account management/customer management experience within CPG is a must.
- CVS, Hair, Skin, or Personal Care category experience is a plus.
- Trade Marketing and Category Management experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of omni-channel and eCommerce capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Unify IRI, Evergreen Trade Management, and customer POS data sets is strongly desired.
- Skilled in verbal and written communications.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000.
- Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
- Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
