About the role

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in STEM disciplines, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering student success.

Provide one-on-one and group academic support for undergraduate students in STEM disciplines, including but not limited to:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse student population.
Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Office of Human Resources prior to the first day of employment.

Mathematics (e.g., Calculus, Differential Equations)
Engineering (e.g. Statics, Dynamics, and Thermodynamics)
Physics (e.g. Mechanics, Electromagnetic Theory)
Assist students with problem-solving techniques, exam preparation, and comprehension of theoretical and practical concepts
Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance tutoring skills
A master's degree in a STEM field is required and Ph.D preferred
