About the role
- We're looking for Packaging Supervisors across two shifts.
- One position is 6am to 3pm with rotating weekends.
- The second position is 9am to 6pm also with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A proven leader who understands and shows ownership of their own duties as well as a broad sense of ownership of the performance of their department, plant, and company. To be an ambassador of Welch's up and down the chain of command.
- A team player who has the interpersonal skills to manage relationships within the plant, as well as provide feedback to team members in an effective and respectful manner.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus of Operations Management or Engineering.
- Ability to work third shift
- Passionate Community: You are encouraged to have a voice, share your opinions, and have individual impact on the success of the business
Nice to have
- Minimum 2-5 years manufacturing experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing is preferred.
