About the role

  • We're looking for Packaging Supervisors across two shifts.
  • One position is 6am to 3pm with rotating weekends.
  • The second position is 9am to 6pm also with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A proven leader who understands and shows ownership of their own duties as well as a broad sense of ownership of the performance of their department, plant, and company. To be an ambassador of Welch's up and down the chain of command.
  • A team player who has the interpersonal skills to manage relationships within the plant, as well as provide feedback to team members in an effective and respectful manner.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus of Operations Management or Engineering.
  • Ability to work third shift
  • Passionate Community: You are encouraged to have a voice, share your opinions, and have individual impact on the success of the business

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2-5 years manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing is preferred.
