About the role
- In this role, you will oversee the installation process of our premium bath products while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train apprentices and junior installers on best practices.
- Conduct post-installation checks and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showers.
- Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
Compensation
- $85,000-$120,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift
