Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Quality Inspector to join our growing team.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our healthcare facilities consistently meet PCMS White-Glove Standards through routine inspections, customer rounding, employee coaching, and continuous quality improvement.

Coach and develop housekeeping employees in real time by providing constructive feedback, encouragement, and recognition.

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
