  • What you'll be responsible for: The Housekeeper I is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas while following established SOPs and cleanliness standards.
  • This is an entry-level role where employees learn hotel room layouts, develop cleaning skills, and contribute to the guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform basic room cleaning tasks including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
  • Clean assigned public areas (hallways, stairwells, lobbies) following established cleaning protocols.
  • Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to training and SOPs.
  • Report shortages of supplies, damaged items, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
