Lead and Build a Recruiting Team
Design and execute training and ramp-up programs that accelerate recruiter productivity
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Coach and Develop Recruiters
Maintain an Individual Recruiting Desk

Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or coaching recruiters
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
Consistently achieving individual recruiting goals and production targets
Creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong provider relationships
Driving accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the team

Partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and develop a team of K-12 education recruiters
Source, recruit, and place education professionals nationwide
Build and manage a pipeline of special education, therapy, and school support professionals
